Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 semester hours of college credit
• The Paraprofessional Praxis Exam is available for interested candidates that do not meet these qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the principal and classroom teacher to assist students with day-to-day classroom activities and assignments
• Implement IEP goals
• Manage behaviors
• Provide supervision
• Maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment

Pay

$18.42 per hour (Classified Salary Schedule Range 11)

Schedule

6.5 hours per day, each school day
