Responsibilities
No two days are the same-and that's what makes this role so rewarding! As a Cosmetology Instructor, you'll teach and coach future beauty professionals in both classroom and clinic settings. Specific duties include:
- Demonstrate cutting, color, styling, texture, and guest service techniques
- Mentor students as they build confidence and technical skills
- Create a fun, engaging, and motivating learning environment
- Celebrate student wins while helping them overcome challenges
- Support students from their first day through graduation
- Work alongside an amazing leadership team that's passionate about education and culture
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a current Wisconsin Cosmetology License and a positive attitude. You should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, mentorship, and lifelong learning, and be a team player who enjoys building relationships.
