What You'll Do
- Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum
- Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey
- Demonstrate current techniques, trends, and best practices
- Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience
- Encourage professionalism, creativity, and personal growth in every Future Professional
Qualifications
- Current Texas Cosmetology License (required)
- Passion for education, mentorship, and student success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate
