About the role

Paul Mitchell The School Albuquerque is seeking a Learning Leader to join their team. With over 100 schools nationwide, Paul Mitchell Schools are rapidly expanding and creating a unique learning environment that attracts highly qualified staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills.
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.

Requirements

• Previous education and salon experience.
• A passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals.
• The ability to inspire and coach Future Professionals in all clinic classroom systems.
• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
• A current cosmetology, barbering, or esthetic instructor license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.
• A solid work history with verifiable references.
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Honesty and professionalism.
• Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
