About the role
We are seeking a Learning Lead, Neurology who embodies strategic, collaborative, and innovative qualities to join our Talent Acquisition & Learning team based in Atlanta, GA. The US Neurology Learning Lead will oversee the learning strategy for assigned neurology assets and indications, ensuring that learning solutions enhance launch readiness, scientific confidence, customer engagement, and sustained performance. This role involves leading a team of learning professionals, collaborating with various internal teams, and delivering impactful, forward-thinking learning experiences that align with business goals and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead US neurology learning strategy across launches and lifecycle management.
- Develop capability-based learning roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Design, develop, and deploy launch curricula.
- Create US-specific learning solutions based on global content.
- Adapt and implement innovative learning approaches, including digital and AI solutions.
- Coach and develop learning professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years' learning, capability development, or sales learning experience.
- Field experience in sales, medical, enablement, or leadership roles.
- Proven experience supporting US pharmaceutical product launches.
- People leadership experience with coaching and team development.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across matrix organizations.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience within neurology or other specialty care therapeutic areas.
- Expertise in designing asset-level learning strategies and launch programs.
- Experience with modern digital learning platforms and methodologies.
- Knowledge of learning analytics and performance measurement practices.
- Experience working in agile or squad-based delivery models.
- Exposure to global and local learning operating environments.
Pay
The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range. The positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-$194,000.
