A Taste Of What You'll Do
- Join a team dedicated to building workforce capability through engaging, effective training programs that support operational excellence
- Help implement and maintain training initiatives while ensuring training content, records, and processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate across multiple functions to support training efforts in key areas such as FSMA, EHS, Production, Quality, and Maintenance
- Review and improve training materials, coordinate training schedules, and monitor completion records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support Training Within Industry (TWI) on-the-job training practices
- Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Help evaluate training effectiveness, provide insight into training metrics, and recommend enhancements that improve learning outcomes and job performance
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of training, learning and development, education, organizational development, or instructional design experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Training experience that includes the delivery of instructional content for a varied audience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in the use of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word at an intermediate level
- Required to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to comply with company PPE and/or GMP requirements appropriate for the job site(s)
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record and reliable vehicle at time of hire
- This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving
- If needed, must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Required to be 18 years or older
How You'll Stand Out

- TWI Certified Job Instruction Trainer
- Experience effectively presenting and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, students and the general public
- Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
- Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Experience working in the wine or spirits industry
- Demonstrated experience as a strong team player with a track record of reliably contributing to operational and project work
- Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and individually manage a changing workload and schedule
- Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Experience performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving limited responsibility, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity
