About the role

Support the Talent – Learning & Development organization in the North America region as a Learning Development Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a level 2 LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator in Cornerstone LMS
  • Review and update SOPs for LMS Admins
  • Provide technical support and answer questions for North America Manufacturing Plant LMS Admins and Health & Safety LMS Admins
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for new LMS Admins
  • Train LMS Admins on Articulate Rise for course content updates and/or creation of new courses
  • Push and track mandatory training for Blue Collar employees
  • Review the “Access Rate” in the global reporting tool for Blue Collar employees
  • Create a reporting process to train LMS Admins on completions and “access rate” in the LMS and global reporting tool
  • Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities (update SOPs and create training videos to help LMS Admins)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration
  • Experience with Articulate 360
  • Excellent project management skills, self-directed and motivated
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships
  • Resourcefulness, forward-thinking strategy, and strong time management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
