About the role

DeZURIK is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to shape the future of learning across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning professional who enjoys balancing strategy and execution while creating programs that help team members grow, develop, and succeed.

In this role, you'll lead the design, development, delivery, and administration of learning programs that support technical skills, leadership development, onboarding, and enterprise-wide capability building. You'll manage our Learning Management System (LMS), develop engaging learning content, facilitate training, coordinate learning programs, and analyze training data to drive continuous improvement. You'll partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members to create learning solutions that align with business needs and future growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and influence learning strategy while creating new training programs and learning experiences. One day you may be developing eLearning content and learning journeys; the next you could be facilitating a training session, managing LMS assignments, or analyzing program effectiveness.

During your first 30 days, you'll learn DeZURIK's business and culture, become proficient in our LMS, and review existing programs. By 60 days, you'll independently manage LMS administration and training scheduling. Within 90 days, you'll be leading core learning operations, launching improvements to existing content, and contributing recommendations for the future L&D roadmap.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, Microsoft 365, and virtual learning technologies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Passion for learning, development, and making a lasting impact on people and organizational performance

Pay

Competitive base salary in the $75,577 to $94,472 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
