Learning & Development Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Create learning resources, including scripts, facilitator guides, videos, interactive eLearning, job aids, playbooks, and infographics.
• Develop all aspects of the learning solution from initiation to launch, including ongoing evaluation and iteration.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in designing, developing, and delivering in-person and online training courses, engagement tools, and workplace learning.
• 3+ years' experience in instructional design experience demonstrating a wide variety of classroom, blended, and experiential training approaches and various topics, including sales, marketing, customer service, leadership, IT systems, and product training.

Skills

• Ability to work with a team, problem-solving skills, and both verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, stay on track with timelines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using technology such as Microsoft 365 products, Trupanion software, Tableau, Learning Management System (LMS), and Work Management Platform (Asana).
