Learning & Development Growth Enablement Lead (REMOTE)

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with growth priorities
• Translate immediate learning needs into actionable skill development programs
• Define and maintain a comprehensive skills framework for growth enablement
• Design and develop impactful learning experiences tailored to specific business scenarios
• Facilitate high-impact learning sessions, both online and in-person
• Measure the effectiveness of learning solutions against business impact metrics
• Integrate learning efforts across HR and broader organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Learning & Development, HR, or Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or consulting
• Experience designing and delivering sales and business development training programs
• Knowledge of professional services consulting and client management principles
• Proven ability to translate business growth objectives into learning solutions
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning platforms and modern learning tools
• Experience leading enterprise-level capability-building initiatives

Pay

$108,476 – $184,409 annually
