Learning & Development Associate
About the Role
At Dig Inn, learning happens everywhere—from a cook practicing their knife skills, to a restaurant leader guiding their team through a new recipe or process. We believe thoughtful, accessible training gives our teams the confidence to grow, take ownership, and deliver great food and hospitality every day. As the Learning & Development Associate, you will help turn our culinary standards, operating procedures, and training goals into organized, engaging learning experiences for our restaurant teams. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role, involving both behind-the-scenes content organization and in-restaurant observations to gather feedback and improve materials.

- Write, format, proofread, and publish final recipe guides.
- Visit restaurants to observe processes, test materials, gather feedback, and understand how training is implemented in working kitchens.
- Track participation, completion, feedback, and learning data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Keep training calendars, project trackers, shared drives, and content libraries organized and up to date.
- Handle logistics for training sessions, including room bookings, scheduling, and equipment setup.
- Identify opportunities to improve training clarity and usefulness for restaurant teams.
- Proofread and quality-check all materials for detail, consistency, and accuracy.
