Learning Design & Delivery Specialist

In this role, you will use your instructional design knowledge to design ADP product applications, processes, and soft skills training for our clients and new Service and Implementation associates. You will leverage your facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning, spending part of your time interacting with subject matter experts and building training content, and the other part creating training plans, preparing classrooms, facilitating learning programs, and tracking learner progress. You will use established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools to help you succeed in this versatile L&D role, working across the learning organization to apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate: Seek opportunities to apply innovative thinking to projects and keep ADP’s approach to designing learning up to date.
  • Be Agile: Adapt to changing business requirements, projects, and resources using agile approaches to meet business needs.
  • Design: Create holistic solutions by engaging team members and business partners to ensure flexible designs that address unique learner needs.
  • Develop: Build solutions across a broad set of learning modalities, applying continuous learning and performance support concepts.
  • Deliver: Use effective techniques to engage learners for successful learning outcomes.
  • Consult: Leverage knowledge and subject matter expertise to make recommendations for improving learning programs.
  • Be a Continuous Learner: Focus on personal development to elevate professional knowledge and skills, while improving ADP’s learning design and delivery standards. Maintain an outside-in perspective by building peer networks inside and outside ADP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
  • 3+ years of experience in training facilitation, preferably including HCM content and/or product application training.
  • Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and TechSmith Camtasia.
  • Proficiency with virtual classroom delivery tools like Webex.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
  • Experience designing and delivering training in various modalities (self-paced, virtual, in-person instructor-led).
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADP HCM platforms, such as ADP Workforce Now and RUN.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (e.g., Litmos).
  • Experience with simple graphic design.
  • Experience using various facilitation techniques, both in-person and virtually.
  • Workforce Now experience (highly preferred).
  • NextGen experience (highly preferred).
  • ADP Service and/or Implementation experience (highly preferred).
  • Experience working in agile, project-driven, or matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track progress, manage deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
