In this role, you will use your instructional design knowledge to design ADP product applications, processes, and soft skills training for our clients and new Service and Implementation associates. You will leverage your facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning, interact with subject matter experts, build training content, create training plans, prepare classrooms, facilitate learning programs, and track learner progress. You will use established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools to succeed in this versatile L&D role.
Responsibilities
- Innovate: Apply innovative thinking to projects and keep ADP’s learning design approach up to date.
- Be Agile: Adapt to changing business requirements, projects, and resources using agile approaches.
- Design: Create holistic learning solutions, engaging team members and business partners to ensure flexibility and learner needs are addressed.
- Develop: Build solutions across multiple learning modalities, incorporating continuous learning and performance support.
- Deliver: Use effective techniques to engage learners and drive successful learning outcomes.
- Consult: Provide recommendations to improve learning programs using subject matter expertise.
- Be a Continuous Learner: Focus on personal and professional development, improving ADP’s learning design and delivery standards, and maintaining an outside-in perspective through peer networks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
- 3+ years of experience in training facilitation, preferably in technical/product application training.
- Familiarity with designing or delivering Human Capital Management (HCM) content (e.g., payroll, time, benefits, or talent) is a plus.
- Experience designing and delivering training in various modalities: self-paced, virtual, and in-person instructor-led.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects with deadlines.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and TechSmith Camtasia.
- Mastery of virtual classroom delivery tools like Webex.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ADP HCM platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now and RUN).
- Experience using a Learning Management System (e.g., Litmos).
- Experience with simple graphic design.
- Experience using various facilitation techniques, both in-person and virtually.
- Workforce Now experience (highly preferred).
- NextGen experience (highly preferred).
- ADP Service and/or Implementation experience (highly preferred).
- Experience working in agile, project-driven, or matrixed organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track progress, manage deadlines, and follow through on commitments.

Pay
Base salary offers for this position range from USD $55,500.00 to USD $103,700.00 per year. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
