Learning Coordinator, Learning Management Systems, Roseville (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with clinical education departments to facilitate implementation of virtual Instructor Led Training.
- This includes but is not limited to proactively managing classroom scheduling to maximize instructor resources in collaboration with education departments, facilitate teleconference connectivity in person, coordinate teleconference connectively remotely, maintain training material handouts/breakout activity supplies, setup/coordination of teleconferencing equipment, room reservations, troubleshooting connectivity/technology issues.
- Provides administrative assistance of HealthStream functionality including classroom templates and attendance, user name issues, and certification reports.
- Maintains student placement in collaboration with managers, maintains required student documentation and places student access requests.
- Provides administrative assistance of Relias functionality including data entry of new hires.
- Maintains office environment to include but not limited to answering phones, directing education request efficiently, sorting/sending mail, ordering and maintenance of education supplies.
- Aids Clinical Education department in distributing educational materials including in-services, flyers, preparation and maintenance of orientation materials.
- Maintains life safety material supply and coordinates checkout workflow.
- Aids in Resuscitation Quality Improvement Program data entry as applicable depending on site needs.
- Adjusts daily work assignments to meet the demands of the department.
- Exhibits self-direction and resourcefulness in managing business operations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Three years' technical experience: Preferred

Pay
The estimated base pay for this position is $25.89 to $35.51. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
