About the role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Content Developer to support a leading Fortune 100 client. In this role you will design and develop training materials and digital learning assets that support SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives, partnering with Change Leads and the Training Center of Excellence (CoE) to create effective, user‑focused enablement solutions.

The position is part‑time and fully remote, reporting to the Training CoE Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Support migration of the SAP Enable Now learning catalog to the enterprise SharePoint learning repository.
  • Inventory, organize, update, and transition existing learning assets in collaboration with Change Leads and the Training CoE Lead.
  • Design and develop learning deliverables, including web‑based training (WBT), instructor‑led training (ILT), videos, job aids, simulations, quick reference guides, knowledge checks, and other learning assets.
  • Convert SME inputs and project requirements into user‑ready enablement materials aligned to established standards and templates.
  • Provide overflow support for instructional design and multimedia development activities.
  • Maintain learning content and catalog information in partnership with the Training CoE Lead.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of instructional design, learning development, or educational technology experience.
  • Experience supporting SAP or enterprise technology transformation programs.
  • Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Adobe Creative Suite, or related learning technologies preferred.
  • Global pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.
  • Required start time of 8 a.m. EST due to national and international operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
