Learning Behavior Specialist (1st Semester Only)

About the role

Supports students in developing positive learning behaviors and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success

Requirements

• Current IL Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement(s)
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience working with students in a school setting

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of behavior analysis and intervention strategies

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
