Eligibility Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement comprehensive training programs for participants throughout the organization, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions
• Select and develop appropriate learning materials that engage learners and produce desired outcomes
• Create an inclusive and dynamic environment conducive to learning and the exchange of information
• Monitor training records to ensure all employees meet company, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Analyze course evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements
• Evaluate online resources to complement facilitated learning experiences as appropriate
• Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on complex technical approaches for project components
• Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, working with a high degree of autonomy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 or more years of experience in training or learning development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
• Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a diverse audience
• Experience managing projects or processes
