Day-one health benefits.Relocation support available If telling a kid who earned 99% that they haven't passed makes you uncomfortable, this role isn't for you. If it sounds like accountability, keep reading. Alpha students complete their academic work in two hours daily through AI-powered, self-guided applications. There are no teachers, lectures, or subject-based classroom instruction. This structure allows you to focus on the work that drives real change: facilitating high-impact workshops on focus, public speaking, and feedback; using live analytics to motivate students toward full goal completion; and coaching the Guides who support your campus. A typical morning begins with one-on-one Guide coaching—analyzing performance data and pinpointing where a cohort needs intervention. By midday, you're running a structured workshop with students, executing a playbook exercise on feedback dynamics. Afternoons are dedicated to motivation work: engaging individual students, uncovering their intrinsic drivers, and applying Alpha's incentive framework to re-engage a reluctant middle schooler. You also lead your own cohort, ensuring you remain practiced in the same methods you're training others to deliver. You've likely felt out of place in traditional education settings: too focused on outcomes, too comfortable with data, too willing to question conventional approaches to student development. Alpha may be the environment where you finally belong. You'll begin coaching Guides immediately, and as you produce measurable results, your impact on campus-wide program quality will expand. Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Apply today. What You Will Be Doing Facilitating one-hour workshops on life skills (focus, public speaking, giving and receiving feedback) for K-8 cohorts, executing Alpha's established playbook with precision rather than creating new contentConducting motivation sessions that leverage student performance data and Alpha's incentive architecture (school currency, leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal completionCoaching Guides on program adherence and standards enforcement, ensuring each session yields specific, actionable improvementsManaging your own student cohort while simultaneously developing other GuidesMonitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators on a weekly basis to identify underperformance early What You Won’t Be Doing Teaching or tutoring academic content. Students progress through self-directed apps independently, without adult-led instruction.Creating original curriculum or developing new lesson plans. The playbook is established; your role is to execute it with fidelity, not innovation.Coaching Guides on pedagogical methods. Since Guides don't teach, you'll coach on energy, accountability, and motivational techniques instead.Accepting 99% as satisfactory when 100% is the standard.
