Learning and Development Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of internal training programs including program design, administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement. Your work will directly support Lenovo’s talent development strategy and help build a strong leadership pipeline. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with business organizations and sales teams to identify opportunities to extend our learning solutions to external clients and partners. A consultative, sales-oriented mindset is essential, as you’ll help position leadership development as a strategic offering that drives client value and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle of internal training programs including program design, administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation
• Leverage analytics for continuous improvement of learning programs
• Collaborate with business organizations and sales teams to identify opportunities to extend learning solutions to external clients and partners
• Position leadership development as a strategic offering that drives client value and business growth

Qualifications

• Teaching and facilitation skills
• Confidence in virtual and live environments
• Leadership and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with sales organizations and sales teams preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of learning and development experience within a corporate environment
