Learning and Development Consultant
About the role
LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading chemical manufacturing company known for leadership development and talent growth to find an experienced Learning & Development Consultant. This role focuses on content development and program enhancement to influence leadership growth across the organization. The position is remote, with travel expected during sprint periods for training sessions nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refresh, and enhance leadership development program content, including PowerPoint materials.
- Analyze survey results and participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Support broader talent and learning initiatives, including succession planning discussions and learning metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design cohesive learning strategies.
- Support additional L&D projects as needed to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Learning & Development experience.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience designing leadership development programs and implementing learning strategies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning, learning analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to assess learning needs across diverse employee populations.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
Key Details
Employment Type: Contract
Pay: $50 – $60 per hour
