Location: Supporting the North Region (Manchester and Above) can be based in any SUEZ site in the North such as Higher Swan Lane, Longley Lane, Darwen etc
Salary
£43,562 - £50,000 dependant on experience

About The Role
What will I be doing?
- Achieve regular assessment of the development needs of individuals and Divisional DMs to measure the success of development plans to optimise learning opportunities for all employees, teams, and business units.
- Create and maintain clear L&D project plans and lead the implementation and evaluation of training needs analysis.
- Create and publish, update, and maintain accessible digital learning content.
- Provide consultancy and guidance on the production format and processes for creating new learning material, whether internally or with third parties.
Requirements
- Lead, manage and implement key learning initiatives and projects, working in partnership with colleagues to identify skills gaps and create necessary training interventions.
- Show strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders such as Divisional MDs, senior managers, and relevant HR colleagues, particularly the HR Operations Team.
- Show extensive experience of delivering developmental training to audiences of leadership and management levels across a UK organization.
- Show highly skilled in design and development of learning solutions including digital, eLearning, remote learning, off-job courses and blended learning.
- Show relevant Learning and Development qualifications, including Insights Discovery accreditation and an ILM teaching qualification (or equivalent), supported by strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of adult learning principles, learning cycles and training needs analysis.
