About the role

Lean Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Co-Op in Madison will have the opportunity to learn and eventually teach Lean, driving problem solving and continuous improvement throughout the site. Work will incorporate aspects of daily management, short-term problem solving, and long-term projects and kaizen events tied to the Madison Transformation Plan. Key focuses include developing processes to support Safety and Efficiency of Anesthesia Production Line, transforming the production and flow of test assembly stations, and the incorporation of the Heartbeat Business System.
