But we already listed those in Requirements; maybe we should not duplicate. Better to keep Requirements as the eligibility criteria (enrollment, location, transport, work auth, schedule). And Qualifications as the basic qualifications (degree, major, Excel, Lean). Skills as preferred qualifications. Let's restructure: Requirements: enrollment at UT Arlington, reliable transportation within 50 miles of Grand Prairie, TX, legal work auth, continuing enrollment. Qualifications: degree major, proficiency in Excel/Office, basic knowledge of industrial engineering and Lean. Skills: Preferred qualifications list. Schedule: the 40 hrs/week Monday-Friday 8-5 Jan-May or Aug. Let's extract schedule from the availability line; we already used it in Requirements but maybe better to move to Schedule. Thus Requirements: enrollment at UT Arlington, reliable transportation within 50 miles of Grand Prairie, TX, legal work auth, continuing enrollment. Qualifications: degree major, Excel/Office proficiency, basic knowledge of industrial engineering and Lean. Skills: Preferred qualifications list (Lean understanding, process mapping, value stream mapping, time studies, standard work, waste identification, ability to analyze processes and data, familiarity with basic statistical tools, ability to interpret engineering drawings, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to apply engineering concepts via coursework/projects/labs/hands-on). Schedule: Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) from January 2027 to May 2027 or August 2027.
