Responsibilities

• Adopters are responsible for providing a safe and loving environment for the dog.
• Adopters must ensure the dog receives regular exercise and mental stimulation.
• Adopters should be prepared to answer questions about the dog's history and care.

Requirements

• Adopters must be at least 21 years old.
• Adopters must have a fenced yard or plan to provide adequate outdoor space.
• Adopters must agree to follow up regularly with the shelter to report on the dog's progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with dogs is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is encouraged.
• Adopters should be able to commit to the dog's care for at least six months.
• Adopters must be able to provide proof of address and a valid driver's license.
