About the role

We collaborate with global brands, media companies, and elite clients to create bespoke astrology, tarot, and wellness experiences—from intimate dinner-party readings to large-scale corporate activations. Practitioners must be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, delivering insightful, engaging, and on-brand sessions that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live astrology chart readings, tarot sessions, or somatic/energy-healing experiences at brand events, pop-ups, and private client gatherings.
• Design and facilitate interactive workshops, panels, or guided meditations tailored to client objectives (e.g., team-building, product launches, influencer activations).
• Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with luxury and contemporary brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to conceptualize and execute experiential marketing campaigns.
• Provide culturally relevant, accurate, and emotionally intelligent insights that translate mystical symbolism into actionable guidance.
• Represent the agency at high-profile events, including press opportunities and media appearances.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in astrology, tarot, somatic practices, or related spiritual modalities.
• Proven track record working with luxury brands, corporate clients, or celebrity clientele (portfolio or client list required).
• Formal training or certification in astrology (e.g., NCGR, ISAR, Kepler College), tarot, Reiki, breathwork, or somatic practices preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt readings/workshops to diverse audiences (e.g., executives, influencers, general public).
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and comfort operating in high-end, creative environments (e.g., art galleries, fashion events, wellness retreats).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
• Based in New York City or able to travel frequently for activations.

Skills

• Expertise in psychological astrology, predictive astrology, synastry, or electional astrology.
• Proficiency in tarot (e.g., Rider-Waite, Thoth, or intuitive decks) and ability to weave storytelling into readings.
• Experience with somatic practices (e.g., breathwork, energy healing, meditation) for corporate or wellness-focused events.
• Strong written communication skills for content creation (e.g., horoscopes, newsletters, social media).
• Familiarity with luxury brand marketing, experiential design, or event production a plus.
