About the role
The League Supervisor at the Foothills Sports Arena will manage front desk activities, supervise games, volunteer coaches, and officials. Responsibilities also include checking fields, field preparation, conflict resolution, and providing customer service for coaches and team players.
Responsibilities

- Supervise games, volunteer coaches, and officials
- Check fields and prepare them
- Resolve conflicts and provide customer service
- Work evenings, typically late afternoons to late evenings Sunday through Friday, with Saturday shifts varying based on leagues and rentals
Requirements
- Knowledge of sport-specific rules
- Experience running sport leagues
- Excellent people, communication, and conflict management skills
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required within 60 days of hire
- Flexibility to work evenings
- At least 18 years of age at the time of application with a High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- One year of league supervision and score-keeping experience required
