Leaf Home Stairlift - Installer

About the role

Leaf Home Stairlift is seeking skilled installers to join the nation’s fastest-growing safety company. This is a 1099 contractor position focused on installing stairlifts inside and outside homes, helping seniors age in place. Successful installers have opportunities to advance to roles such as trainer, installation manager, or regional manager.

Responsibilities

• Install stairlifts in residential settings, both interior and exterior

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry or construction experience, including electrical skills (e.g., adding or moving outlets)
• Ownership of a box truck, cargo van, full-size pickup, or full-size SUV with trailer
• Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance (or exemption, depending on state; assistance available)
• Willingness to travel, including required overnight stays Monday through Friday (both in-state and out-of-state)
• Possession of all necessary tools, including: box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12” miter saw, nut driver set, and drill driver extension
• Strong mechanical and carpentry skills with a keen attention to detail

Pay

Compensation averages $250–$1,000 per stairlift installation, paid weekly via direct deposit.
