About the role

Leaf Home Stairlift is the nation’s fastest growing safety company seeking new installers. You can start as an installer and advance to trainer, installation manager, or regional manager. The role focuses on using your professional craftsmanship to help seniors age in place by installing stairlifts in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Install stairlifts inside and outside of residential homes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of carpentry/construction experience, including electrical skills (ability to add or move outlets).
• Own a box truck, cargo van, full‑size pickup, or full‑size SUV with trailer.
• Current general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, or ability to obtain it (we can assist).
• Willingness to travel, including required overnight stays Monday‑Friday, both in‑state and out‑of‑state.
• Possess all necessary tools: box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12‑inch miter saw, nut driver set, and drill‑driver extension.

Stairlift installation compensation averages around $250‑$1000 per job.
