About the role

Leaf Home Bath is the nation’s fastest-growing one-day bath remodeling company, expanding nationwide. We offer steady, full-time work—5+ days a week—eliminating the need to chase leads, bid for jobs, or wait for callbacks. Work is available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform tub-to-shower conversions using acrylic or onyx walls (focused on the wet area only, not full bath remodels).
• Remove old tubs down to the studs and install walk-in showers or walk-in jacuzzi tubs (typically 1–2 day jobs).

Requirements

• Preferred: 1+ year of bathroom remodeling experience, specifically in tub/shower conversions.
• Basic electrical experience preferred.
• Own a box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup (enclosed trailer for pickups is a plus).
• Current general liability insurance or ability to obtain it (assistance available).
• Individuals and teams welcome.
