About the role

Leaf Home Bath is the nation’s fastest-growing one-day bath remodeling company, expanding nationwide. We are seeking professional remodeling installers to join our team and provide steady, full-time work—5+ days a week—with pre-sold jobs, eliminating the need to chase leads or bid for work.

Responsibilities

• Perform tub-to-shower conversions using acrylic or onyx walls (typically one- to two-day jobs focused solely on the wet area, not full bath remodels).
• Remove old tubs down to the studs and install walk-in showers or walk-in jacuzzi tubs.

Requirements

• Preferred: 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience, specifically in tub-to-shower conversions.
• Basic electrical experience preferred.
• Own a box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup (enclosed trailer for pickup trucks is a plus).
• Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance (assistance available).
• Individuals and teams welcome.
