About the role

Responsible for supervising electricians in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train electricians to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan and coordinate projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other departments to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
