Electrical Leadman

Position Overview

The Electrical Leadman is responsible for performing advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while supporting operational efficiency and project completion. This role works closely with employees, customers, vendors, and leadership to ensure electrical systems are installed and maintained safely, accurately, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Lead electrical jobs, primarily focusing on rough-ins and trim-outs.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate project execution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work and project activities.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and leading less experienced technicians as needed.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Support project timelines and assist with resolving operational concerns in the field.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication throughout all customer and operational interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
