Leadman Electrician

About the role

Responsible for supervising electricians in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train electricians in safe work practices and industry standards.
• Plan and coordinate projects, including budgeting and scheduling tasks.
• Inspect electrical installations to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance.
• Valid journeyman electrician license.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and wiring methods.
• Experience with various types of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Schedule
