About the Role

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Leadman to maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the facility. This position requires high visibility to traffic and the ability to wear PPE to maintain eye contact with other employees. Duties include picking and sorting construction and demolition material on the facility processing line, as well as performing cleaning functions such as sweeping, shoveling, scraping, painting, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Picking and sorting C&D material on the processing line.
• Supporting plant housekeeping by sweeping, shoveling, picking windblown litter, and raking.
• Wearing proper PPE including gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, safety toe boots, and mask.
• Following standard safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out.
• Working overtime as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Handling tools and equipment with fine motor skills.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Climbing and walking on heights often greater than 4 feet.
• Occasionally lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
