Full-time position with starting base pay ranging from $16.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Leaders focus on completing tasks to ensure the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. They lead by example and set the tone for others.
- Team Leaders: Lead the day-to-day operations with focus and excellence.
- Directors: Own and drive results in specific areas such as Training, Catering, Delivery, and Inventory.
- Executives: Oversee the entire business and strategically plan for the future while delivering high-level outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Offer immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
- Assist in training new hires, set the tone for shifts, and act as a role model for the team.
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
- Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
- Count drawers and finalize the day.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 35-40 hours per week, full-time commitment to the success of the team and business.
- Availability to lead during opening or closing shifts, including Saturdays (5 days/week).
- 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members.
- Strong commitment to superior customer service.
- Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility.
Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is preferred but not required.
