Leadership & Talent Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Leadership & Talent Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on strengthening leadership capabilities and supporting talent development initiatives across the organization. You will partner closely with leaders to shape development strategies, guide learning programs, and help translate business priorities into practical solutions that build stronger teams. The position also requires collaboration across management levels to deliver effective facilitation, consultation, and coaching support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Travel required up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to consult on development activities
• Lead learning and development projects to successful completion
• Create and refine robust development plans
• Demonstrate consultation and facilitation skills across management levels
• Engage actively with business and people initiatives and their advancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 6+ years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
• Experience in instructional design and leadership facilitation
• Formal leadership coaching experience; Coaching Certificate preferred

Pay

Compensation: $104,400 – $187,200 annually
