Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work hands-on with existing management.
• Learn to assess customers’ needs and concerns.
• Learn how to read various reports and develop plans of action based on data.
• Learn how to build and manage a dynamic team.
• Work collaboratively with other departments.
• Learn about repair processes and products offered.
• Learn how to comfortably navigate various computer systems.
• Attend various meetings and training sessions.

Skills

• Prior Automotive experience (preferred).
• Prior experience in logistics, management, sales, retail, customer service, or administrative (preferred).

Physical Requirements

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000/yr, based on experience and/or education.

Schedule

Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
