About the role

We are seeking ambitious, high-potential early-career professionals eager to build technical expertise, sharpen leadership skills, and accelerate their growth in operations. This rigorous, structured two-year program is designed to prepare participants for future leadership roles within our operations organizations.

Key Program Highlights

  • Rotational Structure - Complete three distinct assignments over two years to gain broad expertise across critical operations functions:
    • Process Control Engineering
    • Production Planning
    • Production Supervision
  • Mentorship and Support - Paired with a dedicated mentor providing ongoing guidance, feedback, and career development support
  • Leadership Exposure - Regularly present progress, insights, and results to division leadership.
  • Cross-Site Collaboration - Engage in structured benchmarking and collaboration across multiple CPP locations to share best practices, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field preferred
  • Early career professionals motivated to pursue operations leadership
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, process engineering, production, or related technical/operational fields
  • Willingness to relocate, as needed, for rotations and embrace cross-functional, cross-site experiences.
  • Demonstrated potential for leadership, problem-solving, and driving results

Other Requirements

  • Travel & Geographic Flexibility – This role may work at multiple CPP locations to complete different rotations
  • Availability – Must be available for entire length of program (2 years)
