About the role
The BOLD program is designed to develop and prepare employees for a manufacturing leadership role within Belmark. Participants will gain knowledge of manufacturing processes and management systems, and will have hands-on experience in Belmark's business units.
Responsibilities
- Execute and assist in process improvement, productivity, cost reduction, and quality initiatives.
- Lead a team or shift in a designated area, expanding acquired knowledge.
- Support management and quality teams with complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Learn about government regulations and their relevance to Belmark (e.g., OSHA, EPA, FDA).
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or technology field from a four-year college.
- Shift Availability: Ability to work an off-shift (2nd or 3rd) rotation.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Effective use of the English language.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and recommend courses of action.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Must be a resident of Wisconsin or Arizona.
