About the role
This independent remote role combines communication, leadership development, relationship building, and client engagement within an established global business in the personal development and leadership education sector. You will use digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries, connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs, follow a structured communication process, and manage your own day‑to‑day activity. The position is performance‑based, with step‑by‑step training, established systems, and ongoing professional development provided. Many people start alongside existing commitments, typically working around 15–20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Experience in communications, leadership, or people development
- Training and facilitation background
- Client engagement and relationship management experience
- Professional development or consulting experience, or other people‑focused roles
- 8+ years of professional experience (preferred)
- Confident communicator, organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing and client‑development skills
- Not suitable for students or those new to the workforce
