Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 11 plus years of specific experience preferred
• Master’s Degree preferred

Qualifications

• Build and deliver capability training programs
• Develop highly engaging and interactive learning solutions
• Provide sales and business subject matter expertise
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, availability and market share
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of training programs
• Create and drive reinforcement materials and follow up sessions
• Conduct capability assessments and surveys
• Create and oversee development of Train-the-Trainer programs
• Create exceptional learning experiences and develop people
• Travel up to 30%

$103,680 - $129,600 plus annual target bonus
