Leader, Workforce Intelligence

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Leader Workforce Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to optimize staffing alignment with organizational goals
• Continuously improve forecasting methods for labor demand and staff optimization
• Own enterprise position control and human capital risk analysis across departments
• Integrate workforce and HR data into a cohesive intelligence ecosystem
• Set KPI frameworks and reporting standards to enhance talent metrics and insights
• Conduct market compensation benchmarking to inform staffing and compensation strategies
• Report workforce health trends to executive leadership with actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred (Business, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field); Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, analytics, or enterprise transformation within complex organizations
• Expertise with HRIS reporting, workforce planning tools, predictive analytics, and human capital data structures (Workday analytics preferred)
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, data storytelling, and executive influence skills
• Proven the company managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, leading change, and driving adoption at scale

Compensation: $210,000 – $225,000 annually
