About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Leader, Product Curation, Lighting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide the curation and development of premium lighting products within a design-driven environment. The position partners closely with design, merchandising, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders to bring refined product concepts from idea to launch. It also requires a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, disciplined review of product details, and thoughtful coordination across revisions, costs, and specifications. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team and vendors to develop luxury dining collections
• Maintain comprehensive communication and revision tracking throughout the design process
• Review and approve designs through renderings and CAD drawings
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on product features
• Determine production costs with merchandising partners
• Live and embody the organization’s core values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Deep passion for luxury design and a high-end design aesthetic
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Proficient communication skills with internal and external partners
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Ability to identify opportunities and challenges proactively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
