Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Support staff in preparing and serving meals
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the overall success of the cafe through teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
