Responsibilities
- Operate as a key member of the leadership team to oversee dispensary operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely communication of inventory actions.
- Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy within the vault.
- Lead team members to effectively execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
- Ensure proper cash handling, including accurate payment processing, discount application, and cash maintenance.
- Motivate team members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences.
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience and oversee consistency across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery services.
- Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve Loyalty goals.
- Complete and delegate assigned tasks during scheduled shifts.
- Ensure adequate sales floor coverage and zoning during shifts.
Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Meet the scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
- Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
- Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
- Prior cannabis experience not required.
