Responsibilities
- Operate as a key member of the leadership team to oversee dispensary operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
- Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
- Ensure proper cash handling and accurate payment processing.
- Motivate and lead team members to deliver positive customer experiences.
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Provide coaching and feedback to help team members meet performance and behavior expectations.
- Participate in scheduling and managing team member shifts.
Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Pass relevant background checks.
- Valid driver's license or state ID.
- Understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.
- Proactive work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or among teams.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information.
