Responsibilities

• Operate as a key member of the leadership team to oversee dispensary operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate payment processing.
• Motivate and lead team members to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members meet performance and behavior expectations.
• Participate in scheduling and managing team member shifts.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass relevant background checks.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.
• Proactive work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or among teams.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information.
