Responsibilities
- Operate as a key supervisor in managing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, communicate inventory action items to management, and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
- Lead and supervise team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
- Actively participate in providing active supervision, team member recognition, and behavior redirection to support the customer journey.
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience and oversee consistency across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery services.
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve loyalty goals and exceed performance and behavioral expectations.
- Delegate tasks and ensure adequate sales floor coverage and zoning during shifts.
Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
- Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Pass any and all required background checks.
- Valid driver's license or state ID.
- Comply with Green Thumb's rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Understand and comply with Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations.
- Must have the ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods and work in various environments.

- Move about the dispensary to fulfill work assignments and assist employees and customers.

- Operate point of sale systems, computers, and other office productivity machinery.
- Prepare patient and customer orders and inspect and receive detailed information.
- Inspect and receive detailed information related to patients' and/or customers' dates of birth, in-store or online orders, or inquiries.
- Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently.
- Position self to move inventory and materials in storage areas.
- Work in various environments, including patient and/or customer-facing environments.
- Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens present in an environment where cannabis is prevalent.
