Responsibilities
- Operate as a key supervisor in managing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, communicate inventory actions to management, and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
- Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions, demonstrating proper cash handling and overseeing team member execution.
- Motivate team members to consistently deliver positive customer experiences and participate in “Leader On Duty” shifts for active supervision, team member recognition, and behavior redirection.
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience and oversee the delivery of consistent service across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.
- Lead by example in achieving loyalty goals and complete assigned tasks during shifts while ensuring adequate sales floor coverage and zoning.
Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
- Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Pass any and all required background checks.
- Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
- Have a solid understanding of Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to perform tasks for prolonged periods of time, including up to the duration of a scheduled shift or workday.
- Move about the dispensary to fulfill work assignments and assist employees and patients/customers in various locations.
- Converse and communicate with individuals and groups of people directly.
- Operate point of sale system, computer, and other office productivity machinery.
- Prepare patient and customer orders, inspect and receive detailed information, and move inventory and materials.
- Position self to move inventory and materials in storage areas.
- Work in a patient and/or customer-facing environment, exposed to cannabis and/or allergens.
Pay
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. Green Thumb Pay Range: $21—$22 USD.
