Responsibilities

  • Operate as a key supervisor in managing all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels, communicate inventory action items to management, and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
  • Lead and supervise team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions, ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
  • Actively participate in “Leader On Duty” shifts to provide active supervision, team member recognition, and behavior redirection to support the customer journey.
  • Facilitate Loyalty goals and complete assigned tasks during scheduled shifts, ensuring adequate sales floor coverage and zoning.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Cannabis experience preferred.
  • Inventory control experience preferred.
  • Meet scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
  • Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
  • Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
  • Prior cannabis experience not required.

  • Able to resolve conflict, handle employee and customer complaints, and settle disputes.
