Responsibilities
- Operate as a key supervisor in managing all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, communicate inventory action items to management, and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
- Lead and supervise team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions, ensuring a seamless omni-channel customer experience.
- Actively participate in “Leader On Duty” shifts to provide active supervision, team member recognition, and behavior redirection to support the customer journey.
- Facilitate Loyalty goals and complete assigned tasks during scheduled shifts, ensuring adequate sales floor coverage and zoning.
Qualifications
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Cannabis experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs.
- Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.
- Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules, and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
- Prior cannabis experience not required.
