About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team in the School of Languages at West Torrens.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with school goals
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance student learning outcomes
• Mentor and develop teaching staff
• Evaluate and improve teaching methods and resources
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Experience leading a team in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification
• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
